Brandon Heath

Brandon Heath來自美國德克薩斯州休斯敦，一位玩流行福音的男歌手。從小喜歡很少人會喜歡的福音音樂(Gospel),并且決心要在美國福音樂壇出人頭地. 　　Gospel是一個很有意思的風(fēng)格定義，唱詩班的福音可以成為Gospel，在流行音樂的領(lǐng)域，Gospel代表了一種飄然灑脫，絕對可以給你以驚艷和脫俗的感受。Heath從一位普通音樂創(chuàng)作者蛻變?yōu)橥耆�成熟的�?chuàng)作型歌手，之后和Bebo Norman，Matt Wertz，Dave Barnes，Chad Cates，Philip LaRue及Ben Glover合作。他以前渴望到音樂幕后工作，卻沒想到自己唱起了歌，他的歌聲得到了大家的肯定。 　　在2008年4月份的第38屆Dove Music Awards(美國福音界最高學(xué)院獎)典禮上一舉奪得年度最佳新人獎!
Christian pop singer, guitarist, and songwriter Brandon Heath was born and raised in Nashville, TN. After receiving a guitar as a Christmas gift, Heath's musical future was sealed, and he was writing songs by the time he was 13 years old. After attending a Young Life outreach camp, his spiritual and religious path was also set. Heath began hanging around the Bluebird Café, Nashville's legendary hot spot and proving ground for songwriters, and learned and honed his craft as a writer. He also expanded his spiritual horizons by going on faith and help missions to India and Ecuador. After his guitar was stolen in the spring of 2000, Heath put together a demo CD of his songs to sell and help pay for a new guitar. The CD, which Heath eventually released as Early Stuff in 2004, introduced his soaring, impassioned tenor voice to the world. A second privately released CD, Soldier, produced by Chris Davis, also appeared in 2004. Heath then signed with Reunion Records and his official debut album, Don't Get Comfortable, produced by Dan Muckala, appeared from the label in the fall of 2006.
