A Different Kind of Truth是美國傳奇樂隊VAN HALEN十四年以來的首張正式專輯。專輯于2012年2月3日在澳大利亞地區(qū)率先發(fā)行。而全球發(fā)行的時間為2月7日。

這是樂隊和Roth 在發(fā)行著名專輯1984后一起出版的第一張專輯。1984在1984年發(fā)行，次年Roth因樂隊內(nèi)部矛盾離隊。新專輯的第一單曲《Tatoo》于1月10日星期二首發(fā)，歌曲MV也將同時發(fā)布。
