Mark Owen原先是偶像組合Take That的一員，當(dāng)時同他一起的還有Gary Barlow和壞小子Robbie Williams，可惜該組合于96年解散了，解散的原因我不太清楚，但解散對他們來說是件好事，當(dāng)一個藝人紅的發(fā)紫之后就不可能再有什么進展了，如果再紅，那就變成黑的了。于是成員開始了個人發(fā)展，Mark Owen于當(dāng)年年底就發(fā)表了自己的專輯Green Man，其中的三首單曲都上了榜，并且有兩首拿下了TOP 3。單飛的Mark Owen給人們一種成熟而樸實的感覺，可惜他專輯的銷量還是沒能達到唱片公司原訂的計劃,與Rca解約;

這次的Mark Owen，比過去更加充滿感性色彩，所關(guān)注的事情也從自己身上轉(zhuǎn)移到大多數(shù)的身上，多了一份責(zé)任感.本專輯為他的第三張錄音室專輯。
