電影原聲 - The New World(新世界)

故事發(fā)生在17世紀(jì)早期，當(dāng)時(shí)的美洲大陸還居住著大量不同種族的原著民，各個(gè)種族在同一個(gè)大環(huán)境下 有著自己不同的種族文化，但彼此相處也還算融洽。這樣的終于在一天被外來(lái)的侵入者打破。在1607年 三月的一個(gè)春天，三艘載著103個(gè)英國(guó)人的小船緩緩駛?cè)肓瞬柯涞念I(lǐng)域。他們的目的是在“新大陸”上建 立起自己國(guó)家文化，宗教和經(jīng)濟(jì)的立足點(diǎn)。船上銬著一個(gè)在靠岸后就要被絞死的，叫做約翰·史密斯的27歲的年輕人。史密斯是個(gè)歐洲戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中幸存的老兵，具有足夠的智慧和經(jīng)驗(yàn)保住自己的頭，在拋錨之后便成功地說(shuō)服船長(zhǎng)釋放了自己，理由是要為建立殖民地盡量保存有生力量。在他們的探險(xiǎn)旅程中，這只殖民隊(duì)伍不知不覺(jué)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了酋長(zhǎng)Powhatan的勢(shì)力范圍。



　　對(duì)于酋長(zhǎng)和他的部落來(lái)說(shuō)，這是一個(gè)他們世代生活的封閉世界，于是這幫英國(guó)來(lái)的不速之客相當(dāng)不受歡迎，并且在雙方的溝通中遇到了很多障礙。史密斯希望能夠從當(dāng)?shù)厝酥姓业揭粋�(gè)助手，幫助他解決交流的困難。這個(gè)時(shí)候他碰到了一個(gè)宛若林中精靈般不食人間煙火的年青女子，她的家人和朋友都叫她“Pocahontas”，是酋長(zhǎng)Powhatan最疼愛(ài)的女兒。此時(shí)史密斯與Pocahontas之間，已經(jīng)漸漸產(chǎn)生了一種多于友誼，甚至超越浪漫的奇妙的感情……
