繼2006年《若水》 ，久違了的黃耀明帶來(lái)2008年最新大碟《King Of The Road》，以公路為主題，12首新歌之中有著濃濃的人在旅途中的感覺(jué)，音樂(lè)方面充滿著許多人生中生老病死的思考問(wèn)題。由人山人海的梁基爵作曲和周耀輝填詞的主打歌「廣深公路」，采用了鄉(xiāng)謠音樂(lè)，這是一首令樂(lè)迷耳目一新的作品，充滿了中國(guó)香港和廣州兩地交流的情緣。另一首主打新曲「貪生怕死」，則是有感四川大地震之後而引發(fā)的生與死之間的作品，由天比高的陳樂(lè)平作曲，陳浩峰填詞，梁基爵編曲。
