Once Upon A...

Cinderella 是由費城兩位經(jīng)驗豐富的酒吧樂手Tom Keifer 以及 Eric Brittingham 發(fā)起成立的。吉他手 Jeff Lebar 因為與他們在同一個酒吧演出，也就自然加入到急需一位吉他手的 Cinderella 樂隊中來。他們選用的樂隊名Cinderella（灰姑娘）被認(rèn)為缺少重金屬氣質(zhì)，但這正體現(xiàn)了樂隊華麗、雌性的風(fēng)格和打扮。一次偶然的機(jī)會，Bon Jovi 樂隊的主唱 Jon Bon Jovi 在酒吧里認(rèn)識了Cinderella，這位歌星事先預(yù)感了他們的成功，他向自己的唱片公司 Mercury 強烈推薦，次年 Cinderella 就和 Mercury 公司簽約。在增加了鼓手 Fred Coury 后，1986年6月 Cinderella 發(fā)表了他們的第一張 Glam Metal 風(fēng)格的專輯《Night Songs》，專輯銷售出了200萬張。Cinderella 一夜之間從一個 Club Band 變成 Rock Star。
